Employer Masterclass building stronger partnerships

With a key focus on enhancing work experience for schools, building strong relationship with employers is key.

The goal of the strong relationships tool is to empower schools to become self-sufficient, with a clear, strategic plan for employer engagement within their local communities. This two-day masterclass explores the strong relationship tool in full.

Day 1

Day 1 will concentrate on building strong relationships with employers.  The purpose of this event is to look at the fundamentals of maximising strong relationships with employers of choice and building a stable approach to your careers provision.  The trainer will explore communication techniques, and having a winning mindset.

Day 2

Day 2 will explore in detail how you plan for, find, build and maintain strong relationships. Relationship Fundamental will be explored with scenarios and dilemmas discussed.
